Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 July 2026

These terms cover the MINUS mobile game and playminus.com. Installing or playing MINUS means you accept them.

1. The game

MINUS is a free card game. There is nothing to buy inside it, there is no wagering, and no money can be won or lost. Any scores, chips or numbers shown in the game are for play only and have no monetary value.

2. Your account

You may play single-player without an account. Online play needs a sign-in so other players can find you. You are responsible for keeping access to that account, and for anything done under it. Pick a username that is yours to use — one that impersonates someone else, or that is abusive or obscene, may be reclaimed.

3. Playing fairly

When you play online, you agree not to:

We may suspend or remove an account that does these things. If you run into a player who does, tell us at support@playminus.com.

4. Other players' content

Usernames, profile pictures, messages and voice chat come from other players, not from us. We do not pre-screen them and are not responsible for them, though we will act on reports.

5. Privacy

How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy and Your Data & Deletion, which form part of these terms.

6. Our rights in the game

The MINUS name, artwork, characters, interface and code belong to us. You may play the game; you may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or make derivative versions of it. The underlying card game is a traditional one and belongs to nobody.

7. Availability

MINUS is provided as it is. Online play depends on your network and on third-party infrastructure, and we do not promise it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we will give notice in the app where a change is significant.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of MINUS. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Because the game is free, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for it.

9. Ending things

You can stop at any time by deleting the app, and delete your account as described in Your Data & Deletion. We may terminate an account that breaches these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to play after a change means accepting the new version.
